3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting jili19 support via live chat. jili19 may also close or suspend your account at its sole discretion if you are found to be in breach of these Terms, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jili19 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on jili19 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jili19 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jili19 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution. jili19 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. All transactions are monitored. jili19 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities and to freeze account funds pending investigation. Depositing funds without the genuine intention to wager is prohibited.
4.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider while funds remain in your jili19 account constitutes a breach of these Terms. jili19 reserves the right to recover any chargeback amounts, including associated fees, and to permanently close the account of any player who initiates an unjustified chargeback.
5.1 General. jili19 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. jili19 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and to close the associated account — if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to accumulate bonus funds.
5.4 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jili19 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion. Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
5.5 Changes to Promotions. jili19 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of any material changes that affect their existing bonus balance.
6.1 Random Number Generation. All games available on the jili19 Platform operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by jili19 or any player. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published in the game information section of the lobby.
6.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jili19 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. jili19 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. The principle "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies.
6.3 Disconnections. If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the round will continue to completion on the server. The result will be recorded and your account balance updated accordingly. jili19 is not responsible for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
